EITESAL SW division took the initiative to help improving and developing its members and how to bring value to Egyptian ICT Industry by fostering collaboration between industry and academia aiming at developing R&D based innovative products and services that put Egyptian ICT companies in a leading position in the ICT market, both locally and internationally.

During the SW division meeting which took place July 6th,2015 Dr. Islam Eshra from ITACpresented the ITAC program which aimsat merging the Industry with the R&D institutes and funding joint projects to develop new products driven by market needs

Based on the recommendation of this meeting, EITESAL prepared to launch hand in hand matchmaking with ITAC and the academia in Dec 2015.

The matchmaking will be through a registration portal for both the academia and the ICTE companies. Both sides will register online and every company will be able to look at the different R&D organization that fits its technology growth. Simultaneously, every organization will be looking at the company with industrial background that fits its technology. Through an automated dating software the match making meetings will be scheduled for the whole day.
